Fruit Popsicles

Yummy way to eat a healthy fruit snack!

Fruit Popsicle

Ingredients

1 quart of orange juice

2 cups of fruit (frozen or fresh)

3 tablespoons of sugar (can be omitted if fruit is sweet)

1 cup of sugar free vanilla yogurt

Directions

  1. Pour ingredients into a blender or food processor
  2. Blend till smooth
  3. Pour into molds or cups.
  4. Insert popsicle stick or mold stick.
  5. Freeze till hard

Variations

You can use other types of juice such as apple, cranberry, grape, or pineapple.  Try different varieties of juices and fruits and concoct the flavor you love the best.
