"I bought this for warm spring days and the upcoming summer. It fits perfectly, and has beautifully vibrant colors. The side snaps are easy to snap, there are a good number to keep the suit secure, and are not too easy for your little one to try to unsnap. Very good design."

"Seriously the cutest things ever! I LOVE that you do not have to buy swim diapers because these are reusable. I love the little ruffle on the butt, it's a cute detail. Match these with the little rash guard shirts which are awesome and a little hat and you are good to go!"

“Bought this a month ago and love it! Fits my son true to size and after 4 days at the beach I was able to see it truly protected his skin. Will definitely be buying more for swim lessons. The zipper was also such a plus!"

"Disposable swim diapers do not absorb liquids... I discovered this the hard way as I carried my little guy towards the pool - I was soaked before we even got near the water. So glad I discovered these swim diapers that can actually absorb! The design is so cute! Very happy with my purchase."

All green sprouts® Swim & Sun Wear is treated using the Rayosan™ process. This process coats fabric in an invisible layer, thereby increasing the material’s effectiveness at blocking UV rays.
The Rayosan™ process is OEKO-TEX® certified to meet the STANDARD 100. This means that any product treated with the Rayosan™ process has been independently tested against a list of over 350 harmful substances for your child’s health and safety and does not contain these harmful substances.
Children have very delicate and sensitive skin with less protective melanin than that of adults. Children’s skin is also thinner and easily absorbs chemicals and UV rays. Wearing sun protection clothing helps minimize the need for sunscreen (only exposed areas not covered by UPF 50+ sun protection clothing require sunscreen application) and offers all-day protection from harmful rays. All green sprouts® Swim & Sun Wear offers UPF 50+ protection, blocking 98% of UVA & UVB rays.
No, UPF will remain relatively unchanged after multiple washes. To extend the life of clothing and UPF protection, try these helpful tips: Wash according to the care instructions; replace when worn or faded; replace when stretched out (or if too tight); avoid over-laundering the product for maximum sun protection.
Our products are tested to meet and exceed the standards set by CPSIA for the United States, as well as product safety standards of Canada and the European Union.

The absorbent inner layer combined with the waterproof outer layer provides some protection from urine leaking before being immersed in water. However, it is not meant to provide leak-proof protection from urine, and will only hold small amounts of liquids, so we recommend waiting until you are ready for swimming or water play before changing into a swim diaper. Once the swim diaper has been fully immersed in water, the absorbent layer will no longer be effective at absorbing more urine.
No, the patented absorbent layer is designed to hold a small amount of liquid without puffing up, so your baby will still be comfortable. For example, 12 month-size swim diaper weighs 2 ounces when dry and 7.5 ounces when fully immersed in water.
The Reusable Swim Diaper is approved for use in public pools because the snug fit and waterproof outer layer help to contain solid matter. The patented triple-layer design keeps pools clean and baby comfortable: The wicking liner is next to baby’s skin and pulls moisture away from the skin to help prevent diaper rash; the inner absorbent layer offers protection outside the pool without puffing up; and the waterproof outer layer contains solid matter and helps prevent unsanitary and embarrassing accidents. It is more effective if worn alone rather than over a disposable swim diaper, as long as it is properly fitted.
Our swim diapers are designed so the soft, wicking liner is sewn over the elastic waist and leg openings to be softer and more comfortable on little one’s delicate skin. The elastic should fit snugly on waist and legs to contain solid matter but should not fit so tightly that it leaves indentation marks.
To determine the swim diaper size that best fits your child, please view our size chart.
Children grow at their own individual pace, so weights and measurements may vary by age. Measure your child’s waist and legs for the best estimate of appropriate size. For secure protection, swim diapers should fit snugly around the legs and waist to hold solids, but not so tight as to leave indentation marks in the skin.
Measuring Instructions:
1. Measure the waist around your baby’s natural waistline, just above the hips.
2. Measure the leg circumference without a diaper on, at the crease of your baby’s leg between the upper leg and groin. 3. Two fingers should comfortably fit between the skin and the stretched garment.
The Brim, Flap, Bucket, and Adventure Hats are made from microfiber polyester with a polyester wicking liner for comfort. They all feature adjustable toggles for a custom fit.
The Brim Hat has a 360° extra-wide brim to provide extra protection for the neck and shoulders; the Flap Hat offers extra neck protection; the Bucket Hat features a more classic design to help protect head, neck, and eyes; and the Adventure Hat has breathable mesh side panels and offers 360° protection for the neck and shoulders as well.
The Breathable Flap & Bucket Hats are made from breathable, quick-dry wicking material with a foam brim that keeps its structure when wet to prevent the brim from falling into baby’s eyes. These hats also have an adjustable elasticized back for a custom fit that grows with your child.
To determine the hat size that best fits your child, please view our size chart.
Measuring Instructions
1. Using a fabric tape measurer, measure the circumference of your child’s head. Gently measure from the front of the forehead, over the ears, to the back of the head, and back around to the front of the head where the beginning of the tape measurer is.
2. Write down your child’s measurement in inches and centimeters. If your child’s size is in between two age brackets or sizes and you are unsure, size up so you can use as your little one grows!

Strong levels of UV rays are between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. but can still affect your baby’s eyes at other times of the day. In addition to sunny days, cloudy or overcast days may potentially be damaging as UV light can travel through the clouds.
